Birthday Party Guidelines
🐝We do not allow “walk-in parties” or unreserved parties/celebrations in our hive.
🐝Rush fee of $75 will be applied for reservation less than 7 days for Open Table, Carpenter or HoneyBee packages with limited options for add-ons. BumbleBee Package will not accept rush request.
🐝 We try to maximize our space for little bees’ playtime, please only 1 adult per guest during a party session.
🐝Additional adult guests will be charged $5/adult.
🐝A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party date and time. Deposits can be applied to a rescheduled part date if given at least 7 days’ notice.
🐝Parties cancelled less than 7 days’ notice will forfeit the deposit.
🐝Parties must be booked a week in advance to guarantee availability and special services (like Zumba add-ons or Menchies sweet treats).
🐝The hive is not responsible for any personal injuries or lost items.
🐝Any special requests must be communicated at booking and approved by management.
